oh what did you say? oh yeah, ok 31 aug. is also our national day. *yawn* i love malaysia, the country but i don’t love the malaysia government and how the country is being governed (administration of the country), so i’ll not celebrate national day but rather look forward to malaysia day.

ok! what i’m going to talk about is 31 aug – blog day. i guess not many people know that 31 aug. is blog day. if you look at the logo here carefully, you’ll notice the ‘b’ and ‘l’ for the word ‘blog’ is cleverly made out to look like the nos. ’31′.  then ironically, the ‘o’ and ‘g’ of the word ‘blog’ could stand for the month august in our bahasa language – ogos… well at least the first two letters. so it is a good logo – with the date 31 ogos and the word ‘blog’ in it.

i don’t know who started blog day and when it was started but i first heard of blog day a few years back. what do we do on blog day? well, it is a day for us to blog about five new blogs that we had discovered. sometimes though, it is just blog about five blogs that you like (i think).  to get more idea of how blog day works, vist nuffnang, where it is celebrating blog day and having a contest.

since today is blog day and i had been blogging for 7 years, i should not missed out blogging on blog day, hence i have to use this temporary blog.

ok so this is my maiden post to commemorate blog day. (hopefully though i don’t have to use this blog often!).  i will try to make another post.
